Mission Statement

The Carecells provide an opportunity for believers and 'pre-believers' to come together on a regular basis in small-groups (CareCells) where they are nurtured, discipled and equipped for the work of the ministry while building true community.

CareCells facilitate the building of relationships with one another, with families, with unbelievers and with the community at large, for the purpose of growth and multiplication.

CareCells is the place where leaders are indentified and trained.  It is a process where potential leaders of leaders who are faithful, available, submissive and teachable are developed so that they take on new roles and responsibilities and serve themselves back to the CareCells and to the Ministry at large. It is a repeatable cycle, producing a great depth of leadership.
